Most of my adult life I have suffered from digestive issues and severe
constipation. Karen advised some small changes to my
diet with the aim of improving my gut and digestive tract. Following further sessions with Karen and diet changes, my digestive system improved and the constipation began to shift also! I cannot recommend Karen highly enough, she has been an inspiration, a god send and a totally amazing support to me during this process.
After following Karen’s advice for 4 weeks, my anxiety levels reached an
all time low, my energy levels were on the up and I lost 5lb.
Karen’s approach is very holistic and achievable. Continuing to follow
many of the principles, I’ve now reached my goal weight of 16lb lighter and very rarely suffer from energy crashes which used to be a daily occurrence. I had seen posts that from Karen on Instagram, giving advice on all manner of health-related issues, many of which spoke to me personally, PCOS, iron deficiency, fibroids to name a few. I really looked forward to our weekly
meetings. I have completely changed my relationship with food. I feel much lighter in myself and have massively controlled the bloating that I used to suffer from. I have a much better understanding of how my blood sugar level was affecting my energy levels and have made long-lasting, great-tasting substitutions to many of the unhealthy options I used to crave. Karen did a hell of a lot of research into all the medication I was on and I discussed with my GP about taking some of it out which I think helped with my gut problems. The regular meetings with Karen were very thorough and I think the lifestyle advice probably helped me a lot more than anything else as I think stress was contributing to my bouts of illness. I learned so much from Karen particularly about my thought processes and her I was dealing with my illness and loss of eyesight. I’m applying everything Karen taught me to my daily life and getting back on my
feet. I’d like to thank Karen for all the hard work she put into researching my condition and working with me to get my health back on track.
