How I work
Our work begins together with your completion of a pre
consultation health questionnaire which gives me information about your lifestyle, your health history and your symptoms.
Once a start date is agreed, we have an initial consultation which lasts up to 90 minutes. During this time, I take a full history and we discuss the specific issues that we’ll be working together to resolve.
Other than physiological symptoms, I’ll also explore your eating habits, your health history and other lifestyle factors.
After the consultation, you’ll receive a summary of my findings and a document which gets updated weekly with a summary of our sessions. After our initial consultation, I will continue to support you with a series follow up session which will allow us to discuss the wins and challenges of the weeks before and tweak your plan as we move forwards.

Nutritional programme based on your lifestyle and food preferences
I may refer you to your GP for further testing if necessary
Ongoing menu planning throughout our time together
Food diary analysis during our time together
